medicare scam

i got a call from this number and no answer. so i called back and it was a glitch guy saying "If you think we've called you in error, press the number 9 and we will try to remove you from our clients list" i have heard recordings a lot this was different it was like it was static like it was out of range. and to the one who left the other comment someones a little paranoyed

SCAMMERS - CON ARTISTS! I received one of these calls on my cell phone while I was not using my phone. Later discovered the number (304-553-7298) as a missed call and became curious. I don't know a sole in West Virginia (area code 304) so I dialed their number and was met with this dum-azz, grainy sounding, pre-recorded message: "If you think we've called you in error, press the number 9 and we will TRY TO REMOVE YOU FROM THE LIST". WTF? Try to remove my number from "the list". What list and who are they? I think they are calling from a spoofed number in some third world country, and if you happen to actually answer one of their calls and fall for their BS, they'll steal every dime they can from you.
