Same as everyone else, the recorded woman's voice said it was the IRS and that they were filing a lawsuit against me. Absurd!

I got two calls on 4/21 saying I was being sued by the IRS.

I received calls twice yesterday. 2 messages were left on my vice mail. Both messages were in a woman's voice, said that it was the IRS and that it was about a lawsuit they were filing against me.

I received a recording of a ladies voice stating that it was my last chance to settle with the IRS before I was prosecuted for back monies owed to them. I had to laugh wandering where the first and second chances were. I was never served any paperwork on this and a person can not be prosecuted with out a court order of some kind. I hope these people get caught, they need to be prosecuted for pretending to be the IRS. I'm sure there is a law against that.

No, Miss I work for the IRS. For investigations with the IRS! Oh so you are employed by the US Government and you work for the IRS in the CI&A Division? No not the CIA the IRS!!! (LMFAO) Yes John Black I understand that. But do you work in the CI&A division of the IRS? No ma'am I said I work for the IRS in investigations!!! OK John Black you are an IRS worker who isn't a GSA employee???? Yes Ma'am!!! We called. OK John Black it just so happens that I too WORK for the U.S. Government only I happen to work for the FBI. Do you know what those initials stand for????? CLICK>>>> DIAL TONE!!! LMFAO OBVIOUSLY a SCAM ... Message I got was this was the IRS's last attempt at contacting me before they seize and freeze all my accounts!!! (what a joke) Well I knew it was a scam but I know there are some out there that don't realize that even with the IRS you are allowed DUE process. SO do not fall for this scam. The IRS does not call and threaten people. If they are going to levy your accounts you will know well in advance and it won't be one phone call that tells you this!!!
