This scammer calls numbers on the national do not call list in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection act. They further violate the TCPA by failing to have an operator on the line when the call is answered, and still further by playing a recorded message without an operator on the line. They also fail to provide a physical address and a phone number when asked, still further violating the TCPA. Their recording states that the victim has been selected to earn thousands of dollars every week just by participating in the scammer's marketing system, with no products to sell or systems to explain. This is clearly a pyramid scheme. Do not provide this scammer with any personal information.
