"Account Services" offered to lower my credit card rate. No bank was established. Prerecorded message transferred me to a live person when I pressed "1". I was hung up when I asked for company name. The mobile number they dialed is not used with any of my corporate or personal cards.

They state that they can lower my interest rates on my credit cards. I have only 1 credit card and that is through a bank; their call center is located in Texas. I feel that this is a scam and is connected through many other telephone numbers as well. They have several throughout the US. I will be filing complaints on those numbers as well.
