They state that they are calling about my "credit card" (very general). And they say there is nothing wrong my my account, but they are offering a "rate reduction" for my credit card. That is all in the per-recorded message, then I press 1 to talk with someone... That's when I ask to be removed from their call list and that's when they just hang up on me.

Offers reduced interests on credit card debt just like the hundreds of other calls I get from various other phone numbers. I'm getting several calls a day per phone line now and I don't know what to do to stop getting these phone calls which keep growing in number. We've got calls from "Card Member Services, Account Services, Credit Services, Credit Card Services" all offering the same exact scam everyday multiple times per day for months and it is getting worse. They called me everyday on my on-call week for work which I need to sleep during the day and they made sure I got only 5 hours of sleep for 7 days! These people have no permission to call me and I can't take it anymore.

Credit card rate reduction. I do not wish to receive these calls. They are not from my credit card company but a company calling saying they can reduce all my interest rates on all my cards. I believe this to be just another way to steal peoples information. This is illegal, they are soliciting me, supposedly randomly.
