Lower interest rates on credit cards.

They adamantly stated I must call immediately, or stay on the line to address my credit interest rate. This is perhaps the 6th or 7th time they've called. When I asked for the name of the company she said, "Credit Card Collections". When I asked again if that was the name of the company, she hung up on me. I've stated repeatedly to these people that I'm on the Do Not Call List and they keep calling trying to sell me cards with a lower rate??? I'm unsure what the product is as they keep hanging up. In the past, I've tried to get them to actually identify a card they're calling about and the answer is "Visa". I say, "Visa?", they correct with, "MC". They always hang up on me, when I aske too many questions.
