Harassing me 3-7 times a day I'm sick of them calling.Scammers it needs to stop. I called the # back says its been disconnected. Stop Calling make them stop

Called a work cell phone number and said they were a process server
recvd call on cell phone while at work...did not answer it as right away i knew it was a scam
said my computer had a problem.
Caller: John Kerry
said I had won a government grant. Man had Indian accent. Hung up and called back, said the number wasn't a working number.
