Lower credit card rate - when I refused the caller started saying crude things of a sexual nature and kept calling back. Thick accent & sounded like a foreign caller.

A female recording to lower you CC interest rates then I live male with an indian accent comes on the line and states he is customer rep from my CC company and would like to lower my % rate. He asks 1st how much is currently owed on my MC & VISA. I questioned where he was calling from. He quickly stated a name (could not understand d/t accent) and clearly stated he was the the customer account rep on my existing account. I told him I did not recognize the # as the financial institute i work with and he insisted that he had all mu acct info in front of him. So i replied, if that is the case the you can see what is owed on my CC. This agitated him and he demanded to know what i owed on my CC's I quickly replied I would not disclose financial info to anyone over the phone and hung up. He called back and demanded an apology for hanging up. I asked to speak w/ a supervisor he said that was him I firmly stated to never call my # again. He called 11 more times when I did not pick up.
