Lower my interest rate on my credit card. First there was a recording that said to press 9 to talk to a representative about lowering my interest rates on my credit card. I decided to talk to someone to tell them not to call me any more. I wasn't about to give them any personal information, as i knew it was a scam. I first asked what was the name of their company and he said Visa. I told them thats a lie, as Visa would never call. I asked what bank they represent and he said again Visa. He had a heavy Indian accent. i told him i was reporting them to the FCC and he got belligerent and told me to get lost and dared me to report him. So i am.

Something regarding credit cards. The caller was clearly from a foreign country I believe India. They swore and cursed at me (f*ck you) repeatedly, would not transfer me to their manager.
