the caller Patrick Wilson from United processing legal department called both my cell and my work number threatening with legal proceedings if I don't pay him. In response I asked for a confirmation of my debt in writing and other documents. He refused and stated he is not obliged to send me anything at all. I finally told him to go to hell or where else he belongs and never call me again.
