I received the same message on my voicemail: Please listen to the message carefully. This is the final notification call from IRS, as there is a scrutiny going under your name with the dept of internal revenue services. So, as soon as you receive this message, do return the call at (305) 396-2613, I repeat it (305) 396-2613. And if we don't hear from you immediately, this would be taken against you inside the court of law. So, do return the call as soon as you receive this message. Thank you.
Caller: IRS (allegedly)
Made sure the name they were looking for was unclear so that I would have to call them back. IRS never call; they send certified letters.
