I just got a call from this number. Spanish speaking man in his 40s. Said that he was calling from electric company Reliant to collect payment or the power will be shut off. We do not use Reliant. When I told him we don't have Reliant there was a pause and he just hung up.

Stupid people. Can't earn money the honest way.

I just got a call from this number saying the exact same thing. Total Scam...Please be super careful giving out any information.

It just happened to me at work. They said they have not received our payment and thus were scheduled for disconnection. Luckily I found the call very suspicious so I said I would find out and call him back. I was convinced it was a scam, and as soon as I googled the number, I found this.
Do not give your credit card information or make any transfers! FPL will not proceed that way, they will send you a written notification in advance.

I THINK THEY SPEAK ONLY SPANISH LANGUAGE
THEY CALL TO MY MOM TO REQUEST MONEY, THEY SAID, GO TO CVS PHARMACY RIGHT NOW TO MAKE A MONEYGRAM OF $ 284 OR YOUR SERVICE WILL BE DISCONNECTED
