I have asked this collection agency to stop calling me and to take me off their dialer, yet they continue to harass me every single day! I cannot get them to stop. When I tell them to stop calling and harassing me they hang up on me, but continue calling the very next day! I've explained to them several times, they need to get a hold of Lower Florida Keys Medical, and to speak with Gloria Agee the financial assistance supervisor. I'm on low income financial assistance referral help for my medical issues through the Rural Health Network of the Florida Keys. Any billing issues are supposed to be handled by Gloria Agee and the Financial assistance dept. They have very serious problems with the filing of clients paper work. They've done this to me on several occasions where Gloria takes her sweet time or even forgets to file my paperwork! This collection agency shouldn't even be bothering me at all, so I really blame Gloria and the Rural Health Network of the Florida Keys and the financial assistance department at the Lower Keys Medical center!
