The man had a VERY thick Indian accent. He kept trying to tell me I was eligible for "health compensation" or something like that. I asked him if he was a spammer or a criminal, he said "no, no, I need to talk to you about..." but I couldn't understand him. The gist I got was that he wanted to give me something like a sweepstakes-type scam.
