From my cell phone caller ID I got the phone number and that it originated in FL, USA. It was a pre-recorded message from "Cardholder Services" talking about a credit card. Never was there mention of the credit card company. I hung up and the call lasted 14 seconds.
lower credit card debt, keeps saying it is the last notice i will receive, yeah right, i wish!
It claims that they can offer me lower rates on credit cards I already have.
