Constantly calls to offer services to lower interest rates on my credit cards if I provide the credit card numbers. I do not have credit cards with these people. They have been calling for over a year now even after I ask them not to call and inform them that they are calling my "Do not Call Number". They will call from a different number and offer the came service even after I inform them that I believe they are a "Scam" and ask them to not call again, they will wait a few weeks and continue the calls again sometime leaving a message on my answering machine and sometimes speaking directly with me.I would like for this to stop.

Credit Services: Lower Interest Rate. THIS WAS LIKELY A FRAUDULANT ATTEMPT TO STEAL MY CREDIT INFORMATION AND PII. It began as a pre-recorded call and connected with a live operator with my selection of the option to do so. I imediately requested the live operator remove me from the claling list and stated I was not interested in the services being offered. The operator placed me on hold, then came back and spent the next several minutes trying to agitate me into an argument by verbally abusing me, refering to me as "you people", questioning my honesty and education level, and finally threatening to use his records on me to charge $5,000 on one of my credit cards. Then he hung up. The operator refused to identify himself but spoke with a noticable Indian accent and based on the background noise was clearly in a busy call center.
