They said "your VISA card is currently up for review." They said they are able to negotiate a lower interest rate for me on my VISA card if I qualify. They said to qualify my current VISA card interest rate has to be over 12% and the amount I owe on the card has to be over $4,000. She did not volunteer their company name and I had to ask for it. She also said they don't give out their phone numbers. She said they work with the VISA corporate office to negotiate a lower interest rate for my card. I asked for her supervisor and she transferred me to a woman who said her name is Randy Kelly and she is the Qualifications Manager at their National Call center. She said I received a "robo call" from them. After I told her I was on the nationwide do not call list she hung up on me before I could tell her to stop calling me. I called the VISA Corp and they said they don't ever give out any personal info on me because they don't have any on file. My card issuer doesn't negotiate.
