I just received the same. It is a scam and whoever is behind it should be prosecuted.
I have a recorded message by these scammers. A man with a foreign accent trying to sound like he is southern, stated there is a warrant for my arrest. He fraudulently claims he is from the Intermal Revenue Service. Please do not fall for this scam.
