The man didn't identify himself, and he was interested in lowering credit card interests rates. He hung up abruptly when told credit card was through bank.

I just got a call from this number saying that they were calling about my credit card...everything was fine and that they wanted to inform me this was the last opportunity to take advantage of lowering my interest rate to 6.99%??? I don't care any balances and have no idea who this was that was calling me....seemed very shady!
