This is a Ponzi scheme. They are talking about passing money directly up to the next level.

I received a telephone call from this number today and I refused to answer my phone because I knew it was a telemarketer since the number isn't anyone I do business with especially from Marathon, FL and I don't no anyone from that State. I reported this number to the FTC since I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST and I will continue to keep my number on the DO NOT CALL LIST each month. These people need to stop calling my home. I will NEVER, I repeat, I will NEVER ever be suckered into any kind of schemes.
