Repeated calls and no one there if I answer the phone.

Keeps calling and hanging up ,
this number repeatedly called my minor child's cell phone in one day. when she answered they wouldn't answer her and just hang up. I called the number back from her cell phone and asked them to remove her number from their list and let them know that she was a minor and that this was her cell phone. They said they would.
