Says she is what the local court and that I needed to be home between 2 & 4 p.m. so she could serve me papers. She also stated I needed to have two forms of ID for her to release the papers to me that I was being sued for insurance fraud.

Said I am being sued for insurance fraud. I have never filed any insurance claim. Plus I'm pretty sure they have to give you more then 2 days notice to be in court. Said I can avoid court by paying instantly over the phone. Yeah right nice try bubs.
