these people keep threating to come to my work or home and arrest me if i do not pay ,but will not give me any paper work on what I am suppose to owe. I have had online payday loans in the pass a big mistake

I had the same thing happen.. they won't send me any info, they have called and harassed me at my work place. no one can come by your home or your work and arrest you . they are desperate to get your credit card or prepaid card or bank info. next time they call answer the phone, tell them " this line is being recorded and traced" then hang up.
its a scam.. heavy indian accent.. do not fall for their tactics.

As I have previously posted, these criminals have NO CONNECTION to my law firm in Coral Gables Florida. They are fraudulently using the name of my law firm. DO NOT give them any credit/debit card or bank account data. They belong in jail.

I have been receiving multiple calls from this company, claiming there are 3 criminal suits against me. I asked over and over what it pertained to, and the guy wouldn't give me a straight answer. I ignore them when they call my cell phone, and they start calling me at work. They threatened me by saying I would be terminated from my job within 3 business days for non-compliance. I told them not to call me at work again, and he kept going on and on. I started to get upset with him for repeatedly calling me, and in return, he got very rude. This upset me more. I threatened to file charges for harassment, then he said he was going to find my girlfriend and have sex with her in front of me. I laughed and said good luck. He replied with a very disturbing comment: "I'll rape her and make you watch." This pushed me over the edge. I dare one of these idiots to contact me again. The authorities have been called. This needs to stop!!!

Been getting called often too. Have not answered just heard the voicemails. There have been others too that call. There is another company with the number 404-935-9459 and 404-935-9490 that has been doing the same thing on a cash advance that I had already paid on they have called from mukltiple numbers too saying they were going to file theft by deception charges. Once I wrote to them certified letter asking for all communications through mail I never heard from them again. Another one is CMG recovery with a Investigator Whitman or Charles Mongomery. Thier number was 888-711-7577. Unfortunately I fell for the scam with them and was out 380.00. Please if they are bugging you for money have them give you all the information in writing before you do anything and make sure you get it certified.
Can you provide the mailing address you used for the 305-760-4530 harassment calls? I can't seem to get any information from them that I can understand and them constantly calling me at work even though I told them not to is affecting my co-workers as well. This needs to stop.
