This telemarketer advertises for different things every time they call. First they were advertising about student loans, then when I said I wasn't interested they call me again Same number advertising for life insure. When I told them I wasn't interested and ask them to take me off their calling list and stop callinf me, they called me again from the same number and advertise for a car loan. I believe this telemarketer to be a scamer and I would like the FCC to further look into this matter.
Received call, did not answer. Blank voicemail was left.
He said he is from a career institue and me or my family member signed up for this school, im said this is so unprofessional.

Did not leave a message. I never answer calls I don't recognize.
Calls never leaves a message all you hear is a breathing sound
