Called a number of times. When I call back, the recording says all operators busy. If I want to add number to "Do Not Call" list, please press 1. Get acknowledgement that number is on their DNC list. Have done this three times since mid-December!

Caller: No idea. Don't leave message; don't identify company when their Auto-Attendant answers my callback.
