Yes claimed to be card holder member services said they could lowe r interest rates. Tried to get me to give them my card number when I wouldn't they hung up.
VERY RUDE! Said I was waiting her time because I did not have my credit card on me at the time to verify the account for a lower percentage on my card. Said she was with services billing department. Very condescending in saying I did not have the last 4 of my card memorized, the date or the security code on my card. I would not have given that info out anyway but total scam.
