This company is a sham. Scammers from India are getting people to open shell companies so they can scam people into paying for a phoney debt.

They are purchasing lists from pay day loan sites and are getting all your information including your social security, your work phone number, your bank info, etc.

They threaten you will jail, the police and unfortunately some people believe and pay. No matter what you pay them, no debt you may actually have will be paid. Because they have your info they also pull your credit reports so they may tell you of an actual debt, but none of your payments will actually go towards a debt you have.

They are Indian scammers and ABC has already done a report. There are many out there. Suffice to say if they call and speak with a very thick Indian accent and has a very American sounding name like Brian Smith, you are being scammed.

CONTACT YOUR ATTORNEY GENERAL AND FILE A COMPLAINT. GIVE THEM EVERYTHING YOU CAN ESPECIALLY THE PHONE NUMBER THEY USED.
