The voicemail states "Hello, this is John from Political Opinions of America. The call starts as an opinion survey (in order to get around the Do Not Call regulations) and then turns in to a scam to get your credit card number in order to pay for "port taxes" on an allegedly free cruise. This is a scam

First, you are told that you have been carefully selected to do some political survey...supposidly if you answer this survey, you win a free 2-day cruise. I have received this call many times, and I have tried to "dial 1 not to receive any more survey calls" many times.
