There ISN't a Police and Fire association in Cheyenne or anywhere else in Wyoming. I was a cop in Cheyenne for over a decade, one of my roles was that as being an arson investigator so I spent a bunch of time working with the FD as well.

The PD and SO have the option of being members of the FOP (Fraternal Order of Police), it's non-union and each person can decide if they want to be a member or not. The Fire Dept is Union. There is exactly 0 connection between the 2.

Anyone asking for money for the combination is automatically BS.

Spam-Wyoming number but not soliciting for Wyoming police and fire. I have been contacted before, I asked at that time and they stated they were raising money for NYPD & FD.
