Called by a robo-dialer. no one there.
The robo dialers are using the governments do-not-call list as a list of viable phone numbers, knowing the government will not pursue them.

The main problem is the government. What's the use of having your number on the do not call registry if Uncle Sam doesn't enforce or protect our privacy
