I looked the number up and it says their scammers and have gotten into some bank accounts in the past. Bad reputation with BBB. They've been calling people at least since 2012 ! Please get these scammers .

It seems to be offering a communication service/Satellite provider
Have received several calls. Does not leave any call back info and when I call back I am advised that it is a company called IC Systems and asking for a reference #.
If you are advised to give this caller a reference number, it is a collection agency I was told. People they try to get hold of have often moved and the agencies don't have their new number. Since you have been given "their" number, they are calling You.
Blocked, just keeps calling, wish they would stop!
