Definately A SCAM!!! stayed on the phone and asked whu they were and they stated they serviced MC, VISA and american Express "which one do you have" They refused to give me any informationa dn hung up on my. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION.......THEY ARE FISHING!

Automated voice claims they are a current creditor making final offer to lower your interest rate then it disconnects without giving you company name. When number is called back a recording says number is disconnected.

claims to be from one of your credit card issuers offering to lower your rate. No mention of company made. Obvious phishing scam. Block immediately.
