This is the third call I have received today for scammers who are offering credit card interest rates as low as 6% as long as your combined cards have a balance of at least $3,000. I am getting tired of these constant calls.

wanted to sell me their services to reduce interest rates on my credit cards. they refused to put me on their do not call list. They said my bank gave them my number but refused to tell me which bank.

"card services" - states that they provide for over 550 cards/services worldwide. Kept asking if I knew why I received the call. Was very polite, but would not give me any further information. When I said that I have no credit cards, he said that I could just disregard the message and hung up. The last time I received a similar call, I couldn't get any information from the caller and he hung up on me immediately.
