First call ever from 309 area code. Caller ID said Unavailable. I answered to see what scam is being peddled from this number and was jolted with blasting music. Finally a male voice said my name. I said yes and he started his scam. He started talking about Medicare and I knew a scam was coming up. Medicare does not call me. I hung up and blocked.
