Wanted to lower my interest rate on my credit card to under 6%. I chose 1 to talk to a representative, asked him to take me off their list. He explained what they are offering, I told him I didn't have a credit card and he hung up on me.

Received a call from this number about my credit card, that said there was no problem at the time but that I could get a lower interest rate if I would press one. When I pressed 1 I was taken to a foreign operator who stated that he could lower my credit card interest if I had the card in my hand. I asked which card? He said your Visa. I said which Visa? He said all of them Chase, Bank of America, which one do you have the high balance on? At that point I hung up.
