Pretended to be a relative with a emergency message calling my work to settle a medical bill under $25. This got me in trouble at work. To top it off, I found out the hospital sent it to collections, before my insurance paid.
Very rude, reps do not know how to treat anyone with a mental condition. Bully and scare tactics won't work neither will being extremely rude. A person mentally ill should not be victimized so you can look good to your boss. Would not give out name or company details at one point claimed to be from department of energy (obvious lie)
