5/9/16 I got a message from "Steve Martin." Here's the message--obviously a scam:
"My name is Steve Martin and I'm calling regarding an enforcement actions [sic] executed by U.S. Treasury intending your ( unintelligible) attention. Ignoring this will be an intentional second event toward initial appearance before a Magistrate Judge or a Grand Jury for a Federal criminal offense. My number is 310-301-4267. I repeat 310-301-4267. I advise you to cooperate with us and help us to help you. Thank you.

Scam - See Debbie from 5/11/16 - Steve Martin, "This serves as you second notice, ..., if you do not act...magistrate..."

No where in the voicemail do they tell you what this is about - why they are calling - nor do they clearly identify who they are. Indian accent was also very interesting. 310-301-4267

If you speak with them and inform them that you know its a scam they will immediately block your number so you can't even call them again.

I have received 2 fraud calls from this number this week, he states he is the US Treasury I tried to call to tell him I was turning him in but it is disconnected! :(

Same thing here. I got a call from "Steve Martin" with a very thick Indian accent (still laughing) who said I was in trouble with the IRS (laughing) and federal action is going to be taken. I need to call them right away (never gonna happen). SCAM.

an Indian named Brandon Oliver (laughing) saying there were issues with my 203 taxes and a warrant had been issued for my arrest (laughing) but he hung up when I put him on speaker phone.

Yes. They left a voice mail. I called back on this number. Caller identified himself as Martin O'Connor, with thee US Treasury, Legal Division, government ID M01134567. Total scammer. When I said I wanted to bring my attorney onto the call he said he would send officers to arrest me. Hilarious! He then put on his "Supervisor" who spoke in a heavy Philippine accent, on a connection that was breaking up constantly, whose name was John Cooper (he didn't sound like any Irishman I ever met)

Steve Martin with an Indian accent calls up to five times a day saying the IRS needs to be contacted to avoid further action. Throws in other terminology that could be threatening such as judge or magistrate The phone number is 3101014267
