Well, according to this caller, an arrest warrant is out for me because I did fraud with the IRS. They are sending someone out to get me unless I call them back. Obviously a scam, and they are now blocked on my phone.

IRS scam. Filing suit against me because I committed fraud on my tax returns and arrest warrant has been issued. Call phone number to resolve this.
