3 weeks ago i started to recive calls from this anonomos caller withloud backround noise and they say that i owe 200 dollars and when i asked who was sueing me the would not give me the info i was looking for. then when i asked again he started to get mad at me and started yelling at me with a heavy indian or chinese accent. then i hung up and called my bank and asked if there was a loan deposited into my account and they could never find a trace of that loan. then my bank told me to get the referance number and the date of the loan, then when i called back they would not give me the referance number or date and after i asked the 5th time he finally gave it to me. but the number and date was fake.and they said that i had to use my bank statement in court and my son started to get really nervous. we should all pull this bull against them and say that they owe us money

this has been the second day that this guy has called my phone . the first time i picked up, he prity much gave me the same bull that has gave ever body els , when he finshed , i told him that i was going to contac my attourny , thin he began to get upset and started ranting about a case in court that i would have to figth i told him bring it on than ,and he hung up on me , thin the next day he calls back i dont pic up cuz its a wast of time , but its ticking me off cuz he is leaving v.m and useing up my mins now i have to change my number iam glad i cam online and looked this number up , and see that others are going thro the same thing we got to put a stop to this i am going to make it my point to find this guy he has to pay

this arab man keeps calling and bothering me at work, I had my manager get on the phone and explained to him that he is harrassment. I can't believe there is bs out there. He keeps saying i did a loan for 300 hundred dollars back in 2010 online. I have never did a payday loan in my life.

I say we keep calling HIM and tell HIM he owes money! See how HE likes it!!!

My dad says if they continue to call your work or home then we can sue them for harassment! :D

got the same call today at work and at home and i am getting really tired of them calling and i will not return their call because i do not owe them a dime the need to get a real job how can we stop them

Oh my god!! I'm so glad I didn't pay this guy! I have payday loans out but not outstanding! He was telling me to pay 396 dollars I was like "What?!?!" And he started reciting all this stuff about laws and what not. So finally I called all my bills and they said no it's not them and that it was most likely a scam. Same thing. Accent lots of background noise and threatening. I'm so glad I looked this up online cuz I really was going to pay him!!!! Wooow

Foreign accent, heavy background noise, we were to call them back or we were in "big trouble" Didn't sound too professional to me, so when I attempted to call back, number out of service?

Got three phone calls in a row in short order. The fourth time answered the phone. A fellow with a foreign accent with a lot of background noise wanted to talk to my wife by name, I asked what is the nature of his call- he wouldn't tell him me. Told him this conversation was being recorded and in turn told me I was also being recorded! Told him the recording was for the FTC and FCC. He got angry after being repeatly asked the nature of his call and he said he was filing a lawsuit against me. Told him to get his ass in front of me and say his threats directly! There was silence afterwards.
These guys call repeatedly and give various personal threats in order for you to comply with their demands therefore pulling off their scam. They 're hiding due to their apparently untraceable location.
We must put the heat on them as it's time to get these slimeballs out in the open !

I started receiving these phone calls back to back starting at 8 am EST. I did not answer the first 3 calls, but after the 4th, I got extremely annoyed as I had planned to sleep in on my day off. I picked up the phone and this guy with a Middle East accent asked for me by name. For some reason (probably because I've been through this before) when I hear that accent on the other end of the phone I automatically assume it's a scam. I told him he had the wrong number and he continued on to recite all of my personal information, including the last 4 digits of my social security number. I tried to remain calm and told him again that he had the wrong number and do not call back. I hung up and he called yet again, but this time he threatened me and I lost it. We argued for 10 minutes and I told him someone has tried to pull this scam on me before. He said that this time he is from the Superior Court of California and he is sending two of his (I couldn't understand the word he used) to come to my address and arrest me. I had enough and hung up again. I called Comcast, my phone service provider and was told to pick up the call next time they called, hang up, dial *57 to trace the call, file a report with local law enforcement, and then call the Comcast Legal Demand Center with the case #. This person called 5 more times while I was on the phone with Comcast and about to call my local police department. On the 5th call, I flashed over, dialed my local police and put the scammer on 3 way so they could hear me calling the police. I was told to come into the department to file a report. The scammer heard this and has not called back. This all happened a little over an hour and a half ago.

He called claiming he was a federal investigator about a payday loan i didnt pay and i was gonna go to jail. Had all my personal informaiton so i looked online and its a scam.

He called my cell phone:left a threatening messages. He then called my work and left a threatening messages. Then repeated this pattern again. He's gonna get me fired. I called the attorney general and other than preparing me to handle it and taking the number that is all they can do.

I recieved a call from: A Very foreign accented male, threatening me, to fight my case, get ready to fight my case , he said, that ( whatever else he said, I could not understand as his English is not transmittable ) but, he said to get ready, it is being downloaded and get ready to fight my case and left this number: 310 359 0428, and kept repeating to ask for Ted Miller .. ( Ted Miller, is a foreign name with a foreign accent? - Yea, Right This is what I am thinking! ) :-) Oh, and also note, first he called and asked for Barbara , I said, who is calling he would not answer, then I said, This is Barbara, who is calling, they hung up, then these calls came, 1-2-3 or more of them, threatening me, once in person, and I couldnt understand him, so I put the answering machine on, and his threats continued, as I have mentioned in this report! .. Very hard to understand, Bad English speaking, and lots, and lots of talk noise in background! When you try to trace the number, the 69 shows the number blocked or private! I ask You, Should Americans have to be subject to this, and to these foreigners scamming Americans, to try to fraud or scare someone into sending them money? Id like to sue them! He tries to use scare tactics, like he's an attorney, or whatever, but I just can't imagine the brutal tactics and stupid comments Americans have to listen to from Foreigners! And, not once are we told, ' who we owe, and what!!!! Who do we owe?! They can't tell you that, only to send them money, western Union! And, continued more threats in the conversation!
