They keep calling my phone and told me two different companies and different charges each time. A guy named Richard Murray tried getting me to pay them but I was like something is up and looked the number up that he gave me. They keep saying the police are going to show up at my work and everything. Wish there was a way to keep them from calling my phone.

A John Dawson called harassing me saying I need to call him back by the end of the day. I knew this was a scam because a month ago this happened to me. I almost paid these scammers my money unitl I looked into the numbers. Today they called me 10 times in less then 5 minutes and told me I needed to call. Most people who want you to pay them money would talk to you polite and not swear at you especially if they are calling from a lawyers office. They need to stop calling me. They are almost calling my husband.

I called the attorney generals office and they said that there is nothing they can do. They are aware of the situation and they cannot track them down

I received a call from 000 back to back the first person said that I was being charged with 3 charges including fraud. They said that I owed a payday loan company over 8,000 dollars and that I could have my attorney to contact them. They asked me to write a letter and fax it to them with a copy of my debit card including the ex date and code from the back. They also requested a copy of my SS card or DL number. I was asked to write a statement saying a lot of stuff but including this: I promise I will not dispute this transaction. The name given was Michelle and then I spoke to a Ron Baxter. He stated he was from the Kroger Legal Association with a fax number of 979-665-4851.

I recieved a call from a Kevin Smith also on my work number, advising me that either Me or My Attorney needed to call him back ASAP. he also advised that he needed to send me some legal documents and needed to know my address. Told me if I did not call him, all he could do is wish me luck with this situation.

basically the message she left said that if i ignore this meessage or do not return the call all she can say is good luck to me. when i icalled back someone named tom smith answered and said he was from kroger and associates. when i asked to speak to jennifer smith he said that she was not the right person to handle my case. i told him that him and his company were full of s**t and to not call lme anymore and he hung up on me. i proceeded to call the number a couple of times and each time they hung up on me.

I KEEP GETTING HARASSING CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER SAYING THAT I AM BEING INVESTIGATED FOR FRAUD. IVE SAVE A LOT OF MESSAGES THAT THIS COMPANY HAS LEFT ME. THE MOST RECENT CALLS THAT I RECEIVED WAS FROM A KEVIN SMITH AND HE WANTED ME TO CALL HIM BACK TO PROVIDE HIM WITH AN ADDRESS TO SEND LEGAL DOCUMENTS. WHEN I ASK FOR HIS INFO HE SAID I WILL RECEIVE A SUBPEONA AND HUNG UP. I CALLED THE SAME NUMBER BACK AND WHEN I GAVE HIM MY NAME HE HUNG U ON ME AGAIN. I WANT THEM TO STOP CALLING ME AT WORK AND ON MY CELL PHONE IMMEDIATELY
