Best Painting is the name on the caller ID. They call daily although I have asked to be but on the do not call list.

They called, I answered. Random chatter from whoever called, and then they hung up.

Caller also had a thick Indian accent. Offered home improvements. Said. no take me off list. Second time calling in two days.

Home improvement as above. They have called me one to multiple times a day for nealry a month after asking them to be taken off the call list.

Caller had a thick Indian accent. Offered home improvements at a good price. If not now then maybe later. I told him no, not interested and remove me from call list.
