Received a phone call displaying this number as the caller ID. Claims to be Michael Clark of a LawFirm in regards to a Lawsuit against my name and SSN. DO NOT BELIEVE... This is a scam. I called this number and it is actually assigned to a company called "filmdemic". I feel sorry for them because many people may be calling them quite angry. Anyway, I spoke to someone at 310-405-6185. They asked for my attorneys information to send "paperwork" I gave them the number to the local FBI office. When he typed it in he asked if I was law enforcement and I said yes. His answer was "Oh, never mind, Goodbye" and hung up. I hope they stop harassing.

I just received a call from this number also saying there was a lawsuit filed against me by cashadvance.com for a deposit they made in my account and when they went to get the money back it wasn't there. I told them I never had a loan with this company and they disconnected the call. Did some research and found several postings. I have emailed cashadvance.com and informed them I will be contacting the BBB, as well as inquiring on a class action lawsuit. I also called the FBI who said "YES, DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION" and provided the phone number to the FCC who I will be contacting.

Lord Did these fools just called my job asking for me. So i said yes its me speaking. He said "There is a lawsuit filed against my name and social security" He then gave me the number 310-405-6185 to call back and speak to the Senior Partner. I said " Well if your calling me to inform of a Suit under my name and social please send the correspondence to my address since you already have it. And I would also like to speak to Mr. George Sylvester (Senior Partner) now!!" H then states that he is on a call then says wait he's here. I started asking questions like anyone else would do and THOSE BASTARDS WITH NO LIFE HUNG UP!!!

I have recieved calls from this number stating that there is a "time sensative legal matter" that myself or my attorney on retainer should call them back to address. The person on the other end is OBVIOUSLY foreign with bad english, and states her name is "Michelle Lewis" and that if I dont return their call or have my attorney return their call that I will only be forced to handle the situation on my own, and that she wished me good luck in the matter.
So I looked up the number and its a cell phone in California, when I did try to call back to get more information-I got a VOICEMAIL, with an extension-to make it sound more official. When I tried to leave a message the mailbox was full and was not taking messages at this time.
