They called twice. First at 8:13 am and then again at 11:44am. Both were missed calls without a message so I called backed to see who it was.

When I called back they asked if I wanted to further improve my college education. I have a Masters degree from MIT and am on a do not call list... and this is a cell phone number that they called and cell phone numbers are not listed numbers.
