A friend got a Solar PV system quoted and they arrived with paperwork during the day, pressuring my friend's wife to sign the contract within an hour or the State rebate could be lost. She declined and started over with another contractor, saved thousands in the process. They keep calling about every 6 months. Just don't answer or hangup.
