He calls me at work. Has a foreign accent. He said his name is John Peterson (right!) and he was an officer with finfen. I have told him twice not to call the office and that he was breaking the law by calling after he has been told not to. I am reporting this number: 310-464-0499. Thanks for your info folks.

This guy keeps calling my husband at work saying we owe a $350 loan (which we never had) and we need to make payment arrangements, etc. or it will cost us over $2,000. He never calls the home phone or emails us (even though they have my email somehow). I called it back and this guy with a heavy oriental or hispanic accent says "business office of Ethan O'Connor". I don't know what these people are up to, but we never took out a loan with them (they never say who the loan is with or no details, which is another red flag). I wish they would stop calling and bothering my husband at work!!! I also got our credit reports, and there's nothing on there that looks fishy. I think they're trying to get our bank account information for a payment, only to scam us and empty our bank account. DON'T GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION!!!!

He called me too... I didn't answer though, I've been being harassed by these guys for over a week now from 3 different numbers. 310-464-0499, 347-377-7717, and 917-387-0925. Thier saying I owe them money from a payday loan and that they will have me arrested and take to court if I dont pay. I checked into all the numbers and every single one has been reported as a scam. They been using the names Steven Rodgers, Raymond Kelly, Mike Davidson and Jack Williams and a few others I don't remeber cause I hung up right away they probably use other names as well. Bottom line its a scam do not pay these people any money no matter what they say or threaten you with, They cant do a thing to you!!! It's anoying to deal with I know but don't give in... Go to www.IC3.gov and file a complaint to the FBI. Hopefully someone will put a stop to this soon...

They keep calling saying I owe money to a cash loan place. I do not!! They had my name and address. and sais there was a warrent for my arrest.I called who they said I owed and it is a scam! The co. told me to tell them to fax me the info. She said they won't as they a fraud.
