This is a scam...they ask that you fax a letter of apology and then provide them with your credit card information. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION! Report the phone calls to your local law enforcement and/or telephone companies.

A law firm. They say we owe money to a payday company from Nov. 2006.Please help usn are they legit.. They said something about an affidivat and my huband has changes against he because he has not paid back this money. They won't send a letter or anything to support their accusationss. I don't understand
