Always hang up immediately upon answering. When I call back, the automated voice says to press '2' to speak to someone. After doing so it re-routes to the original message. No matter which number one pushes, it re-routes and says the same thing! I think this may be an attempt to track one's whereabouts!

Crooks at DMV are selling out our information. They are giving away our car information, personal information and phone numbers. These Crooks at DMV should be brought to justice. These callers try to sell car extended warranty.
