student forgiveness loan

This was a representative (scam) through a company called First Grad Aid. They want a $499 up front fee and power of attorney over your student loans to basically put you on a consolidated plan and then on a revised pay as you earn. They promise student loan forgiveness, but there's no such thing. My legitimate loan service provider did all of this except after 240 payments (20 years) the remaining balance is forgiven. Don't fall for this scam, I almost did. Thier address is:
