Called me claiming to be from IRS I was aware of scam and knew it was a scam so no harm done just annoying!

Ditto. Clearly Indian accent, stating whoever answers the phone (because no name is given) needs to call back immediately or there will be legal consequences. No specifics given, just a threatening bunch of mumbo jumbo.

Similar phone call as previous comment on May 5th. Claimed this was 2nd attempt to call when I never received a call before in order to go before a judge. Hard to understand with accent.

Did not give name, said 2nd attempt (first time calling me), not to ignore this call and to avoid initial appearance in front of a magistrate judge i must call him back (he was foreign, perhaps from India).
