I don't know who this is because they left no message. A call back reaches a recording prompting you to press 1 to be removed from their list within 72 hours. funny thing is this is not the first time I've "opted out" of receiving calls from this number. I am on the do not call list and I do not give out my number to be spammed by these a**holes.
